Our Place NH is dedicated to providing residential options, services, and support tailored to meet the needs of adults with developmental disabilities. Their mission focuses on fostering growth and independence by offering vocational, social, and recreational opportunities.
At PORT Lighting, we are passionate about supporting impactful organizations through our Illuminating Impact initiative. Our Place NH holds a special place in our hearts, and it has been inspiring to witness their journey since their founding in 2019.
Currently, Our Place NH is working to address the critical transition of care for adults with developmental disabilities, moving from aging parents to a stable, supportive, and nurturing environment. Their goal is to create long-term friendships and provide individuals with a sense of well-being and self-worth.
Recently, we had the pleasure of attending their 3rd Annual Comedy Night at The Brook Casino, featuring three comedians from Our Place along with the headliner, Jimmy Dunn. It was an enjoyable evening, and we were proud to support such a meaningful cause.
